What are Haul-Away Appliances?
Untested, used appliances removed from customers' homes when a new appliance was delivered. That's it — no games, no gimmicks.
Do they work?
Most haul-away appliances will need some repair or refurbishing before they're ready to use or resell. These are typically bought by used appliance stores that refurbish and resell them — if that's your business, this is exactly your inventory.
Do Haul-Away Appliances have any warranties?
No. We don't include any warranties, and any manufacturer warranty should be assumed expired or void.
Can I customize my order?
We don't offer customized haul-away orders. Loads are sold as-is, by the truckload.
Is this good inventory for my appliance store?
If you refurbish and resell used appliances, absolutely — this is your bread and butter. If you don't have refurbishing capability, this probably isn't the right fit for you.
Are these appliances in good shape?
They're untested and unfiltered — some will need cleaning or refurbishing before resale. The inventory is separated when it comes into the warehouse. The worse stuff is sent to the scrap yard.

Ordering
How do I purchase a load?
Every load on our Wholesale Marketplace is purchased online. You can always call and ask questions, but payment is made online.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and bank transfer.
Can a listing be held for me?
No. Listings are not held for any reason other than payment received.
Are sales final?
Yes. All sales are final, and all goods are sold as-is.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Morgantown, WV and Richmond, VA. Every load is available to ship from either location.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, freight is available nationwide.
How is freight calculated?
Freight is separate from the load price and is based on your shipping destination. After you complete your order, we will reach out within 2 business days with your cost of freight.
How long does shipping take?
Loads shipping from Morgantown, WV typically ship in 3-4 days. Loads shipping from Richmond, VA ship between the 10th and 20th of each month.
Can I pay for freight separately from the load itself?
Yes. Freight can be paid to us directly or to our shipping partner — details are provided at checkout.
Can I pick it up myself?
Yes, but you must have a standard 53' trailer. Loading takes 2-3 hours.
Receiving Your Shipment
What should I know about receiving my order?
- Our freight carriers include a 2-hour unload window; extra time incurs fees
- Match the truck seal to your Bill of Lading before opening the truck
- If the seal has been tampered with, call us at 681-525-2347 before opening the truck
- Check contents against your invoice and BOL
- Don't refuse the shipment unless nothing matches your order
- Sign the carrier's bill of lading
Do I need a dock to receive my order?
You're responsible for unloading. A dock or forklift is recommended, since our freight trucks don't have lift gates. 2 hours are included for unloading; extra time incurs fees.
